Meet the Team


SHARIMINI NAIR MAZAVAN

Founder | Director

 

Sharimini Nair is a registered staff nurse (RN) and has extensive experience in the healthcare industry for 15 years. She has been an OT scrub nurse, assisted in various cases for 12 years in multi discipline and specialized in cardiothoracic. She has a Degree in Nursing from University of Hertfordshire, UK. She has worked in PHAK, NUH Singapore as an OT scrub nurse. She has extensive experience assisting surgeons with all types of cases. She has experience leading the Laparoscopic workshop collaboration with other surgeons from different states and countries. She has worked closely with doctors and nurses in Gleneagles Medini to help in setting up their Cardiac OT and assisted in cardiac cases. Apart from that, she had a stint as a Senior Application specialist in a medical equipment company handling various medical equipment and surgical consumables.

SHAMLA DEVI RAJAMANIKAM

Sales Consultant | Business Development

Shamla Devi is a KL-based sales consultant with an extensive background in the women's health segment. She pioneered the launch of the Dysis Colposcopy in Malaysia. She holds a Degree in Genetic Biotechnology from UKM. She has more than 15 years experience in Sales & Marketing handling various diagnostic, medical devices, consumables and lab services (Gene Testing & Prenatal Testing). She has won Best Sales Award for the full LabIVF setup in UMMC & ALPHA. She also has extensive experience in OT for Hysteroscopy cases. She covers government and private hospitals across Malaysia. She has experience dealing with distributors in South East Asia and has organized workshops for ENT and Women Health healthcare professionals. She has also attended various conferences in Europe and USA. She has very good knowledge in handling KOL from both private and government hospitals in Malaysia. She also handled and won many government tenders across Malaysia for Blood Gas Analysers such as Selangor tender, Penang Tender and Kedah Tender. Dealt with the product launch for B Braun’s Drug Eluting Balloon in IJN and UMMC.
